Virtual Tours & Showings - All listing agents should be posting virtual tours for buyers. All buyers agents should be doing virtual showings for their buyers to determine if there is genuine interest in seeing the home in person. Once a seller has given their consent, arrangements can be made to safely show the home.

Video & Phone Appointments - While we may all be getting Zoom/Skype/Hangout/FaceTime fatigue, how fortunate are we to be able to conduct all our necessary business through these platforms?

Digital Documents & E-Signatures - The real estate industry has been moving towards paperless transactions and luckily brokers, lenders, title companies, and notaries have all adjusted their procedures to move forward with business.
